CAMPUS B&B Policies
Check-in is 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.; 0ther times by pre-arrangement. Check-out is 11 a.m. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Room rates are as follows, plus 12% lodging tax:

Buttercup Room: $95.00, Single occupancy

Garden Room: $110.00, Double occupancy

Manor Suite: $135.00, Double occupancy

Additional persons: $25.00 each

Each room has a private bath and includes a full gourmet breakfast. Discounts are available for stays of four or more consecutive days.

Reservations and Cancellations
To hold a reservation, we require a Visa or Master Card number or a check or cash deposit equal to one night or 1/2 of your stay, whichever is higher. All cancelled reservations are subject to a $15.00 processing fee Cancellation with 10 days or less notice will be charged the full amount of your stay and a transferable gift certificate will be sent to you to come another time. "No-shows" are charged for the full reservation period.
